Young traverses friendships, love, a struggle with his mother, but what is more resonant to me is that he is ultimately a writer. There is this idea that if you want to create you must live - the movie, series, and book capture this succinctly.

Hot mic moment? I am not the biggest fan of the film. I love the leading actress  Kim Go-Eun and Noh Sang-hyun was missed when he died in Pachinko, but I did not enjoy this movie for reasons we do not have to go into. They are certainly not important to what we are discussing today.
